Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and InkedNorth CRE ("we", "us") for using this website and its services. By creating an account, subscribing, or submitting a deal or project, you agree to them. If you use InkedNorth CREfor a company, you agree on its behalf. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

We publish commercial real estate deals, upcoming development projects, off-market listings and market data across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec, and tools such as deal alerts and a live deal tracker.

Not advice. Our content is general information, gathered from submitters, the people involved and public sources. We label how sure we are of figures and publish only confirmed or reported ones, but we can't guarantee every detail is complete or current. Nothing on InkedNorth CRE is investment, legal, tax, appraisal or real estate advice. Check anything important yourself before relying on it.

• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share your login or let others use your plan.
• You must be at least 18 and use InkedNorth CRE for professional purposes.
• You can delete your account at any time from Your account. Cancel any paid plan first.

Free includes a monthly allowance: 10 deal and project pages, and alerts for deals that inked, without figures. Off-market listings and developer connects are part of the paid plans. Allowances reset on the first of each month and don't carry over.

Pro ($29 CAD a month) and Pro Plus ($79 CAD a month) unlock the features listed on our pricing page. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes (such as GST/HST), which are added at checkout.

• Billing. Paid plans are charged monthly in advance by our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time under Manage billing on your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Free. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we and Stripe will retry for a short period. If it still can't be collected, your plan ends and your account moves to Free.
• Price changes. We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. If you don't want the new price, you can cancel before it applies.
• Features change. We improve InkedNorth CRE over time and may change, add or retire features. If we remove something central to a paid plan, we'll tell you and you can cancel.

You may use what you see on InkedNorth CRE for your own work: researching deals, advising clients, finding partners. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, download in bulk, or systematically collect our data, by hand or with automated tools.
• Resell, republish or redistribute Pro, off-market or member-only information, or use it to build a competing product.
• Try to get around limits, locks or access controls, or use another person's account.
• Use the site to harass, spam or mislead anyone, or to break any law.

Off-market listings are shared with members in confidence, with the listing broker's permission. Keep them confidential and contact the listing broker directly.

• You confirm that what you submit is accurate, that you're allowed to share it (including any photos and the names of the people and companies involved), and that sharing it doesn't break a confidentiality obligation.
• Some submissions are published straight away when they meet our checks (for example, a deal sent by the broker on it, or a complete development project). You're responsible for those details being correct.
• You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length and style, and promote what you submit on InkedNorth CRE, our emails and our social media (including Instagram), credited to you and your team.
• We may correct, decline, or remove any submission. You can ask us to correct or take down your own content; we honour takedown requests.

The site, its design, our deal cards and the way we compile and present information belong to InkedNorth CRE. Brokerage and company names and logos belong to their owners; showing them doesn't mean they endorse us.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by scraping or sharing Pro data. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach, we'll refund the unused part of the current month.

We provide InkedNorth CRE "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using our content, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and tell paid members by email before the change takes effect.
